Website delivery and hosting

Our websites are hosted on infrastructure from Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Your IP address, requested URL and technical connection information are processed to deliver the page and protect the service. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Routine HTTP access logging is disabled in the current web-server configuration. Operational errors and security events can still be recorded by the shared server infrastructure. These diagnostic records are not used for advertising profiles; the current shared-server diagnostic log has no automatic expiry configured. We do not store generator inputs in these logs.

Hetzner processes hosting data for us. Information about its infrastructure processing is available in Hetzner's privacy policy.

Tool inputs

Calculations run in your browser. We do not send your names, IBANs, amounts, text or generated files to our server, a bank, an AI service or an analytics provider. Inputs are not saved by these tools in cookies or local storage and are not added to the page URL. Your browser may retain form values through its own autofill or session-restoration features.

Copying or downloading a result is a local action. You control any later publication or sharing of that result. An IBAN checksum check does not verify account ownership, and the QR generator does not initiate a payment.

Redirect CSV files are read locally in your browser and are not uploaded. The Redirect List Checker does not request any source or target URL from the list. Printing a SEPA payment block uses your browser's print function and the printer or PDF destination you choose.

Optional external images and links

In Open Graph Preview, entering an image URL does not load it. Only selecting Load image preview requests it directly from the image host. That host receives your IP address and technical request data and may process them under its own policy. We send no referrer header with that request. Do not use confidential or access-token-bearing image URLs.

Loading the image provides the preview you requested, based on our legitimate interest in providing that optional function (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The generator also works without loading it. External links contact their destination only when you follow them; the linked provider's privacy rules then apply.

Email enquiries

If you contact us, we process your email address, name if supplied, and message to answer your enquiry. Please send only the non-confidential details needed to reproduce a tool issue. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other correspondence under our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f).

Correspondence is kept while the enquiry is being handled and where necessary to document its resolution or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Records that must be retained under tax or business law are kept for the applicable statutory period (Article 6(1)(c)); other enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Advertising, cookies and choices

Advertising is disabled. We do not load Google AdSense advertising code or its consent platform in this version, and we do not set advertising cookies. The public publisher identifier and ads.txt file identify the account but do not themselves track visitors. No cookie acceptance is needed to use the current tools.

We do not fingerprint visitors, create visitor accounts or collect precise location data.

Optional tool usage statistics

Only after you select Allow statistics, we send a fixed tool identifier and an action (page view, active use, successful copy or download started) to our own server. We store daily totals for up to 90 calendar days, using UTC dates. We do not store individual events, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, referrers, browser details or form contents in the statistics database. Technical connection data is processed to deliver the request as described under hosting above. No external analytics provider receives these events.

Active use counts at most once per page load, after interaction produces valid generator output or a redirect analysis report. For the Redirect List Checker, a report can contain findings that still need correction; detecting those problems is the tool's purpose. A use count does not certify the result for publication. Copies and download starts count separately; a download start does not prove that a file was saved. Print actions are not counted. We do not identify unique people or follow visitors across tools.

This optional measurement is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Declining does not limit any tool. Use Usage statistics settings in the footer, then No thanks, to withdraw permission for future events. Previously aggregated totals cannot be linked back to you. Activities before consent are not replayed.

Your choice and its date are saved in your browser's local storage under ut-usage-consent-v1, separately on each subdomain. The choice expires after 180 days and can also be removed using your browser's site-data settings. We do not use an identifier or tracking cookie for this choice. Statistics stay off if storage is unavailable, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, or the page is opened with ?analytics=off. Our automated browser tests are excluded.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Contact the controller above; we may need proportionate information to verify your request.

You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority. You do not have to contact us first. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
